Tommy Derer earned Male Athlete of the Week honors for his performance in the Highlanders double-header sweep over Villanova on Sunday.
 
Derer pitched the final two innings in game one grabbing his first win of the season 3-2, after allowing only three hits, one run, one walk and a strikeout.
 
The senior then produced the game winning run in game two, crossing the plate on a wild pitch in the top of the eighth.
