Highlanders’ senior Iulia Doci closes out her career that included being named National Division I Independent Player of the Year in women's tennis in 2007-08 and was also named to the all-Independent first team at number one singles.

In 2006-07, she was named NJIT’s Female Athlete of the Year and women's tennis Most Valuable Player and as a freshman she was named NJIT Newcomer of the Year, women’s tennis Most Valuable Player and CACC Rookie of the Year, singles champion.

This season she finishes with a 16-3 record at first singles while adding a 8-3 record with doubles partner Lidon at first doubles.  Doci’s career singles record ends at 65-14, all at number one.  Doci was named to the Independent all-Tournament team.
