New Jersey Institute of Technology Athletics

--Professor English was a member of the NJIT Faculty from 1998-2015 and served as the Dean of the School of Engineering Technology. 
--In addition to his role as Dean, Professor English served as the University’s Faculty Athletic Representative for the majority of his tenure. 
--An avid supporter of our student-athletes, Professor English can routinely be found supporting our team from the stands both at home and on the road. 
--Most recently, Professor English endowed the Professor English Scholarship fund for student-athletes pursuing a degree in NJIT’s Newark College of Engineering.  
--In recognition of his tireless and selfless efforts on behalf of Highlander Student-Athletes, the student-athlete lounge located on the third floor of this building has been named the Professor Robert English and Family Student-Athlete Lounge. It will be dedicated later this year.
