--Only the second recipient ever of the Iris Award, King Moy’s support of NJIT and the athletic department can only be summarized as “selfless.”  
--Humble and kind, King Moy has often been heard saying, “I don’t want recognition. I am so appreciative of all the education and opportunities that NJIT has given me.” 
--King Moy has been the driving force behind the Highlander’s Golf Classic, which is the athletic department’s most successful, single-day fundraising event. 
--Over the 20 plus years of existence, the Highlander Golf Classic has raised over $1 Million.  
--Most recently, King endowed the King and Helen Moy Scholarship, which provides financial assistance to a student-athlete pursuing a degree in engineering.
