Hamilton Bowser was one of the premier fencers in NJIT's history
Captured EPEE championships in NCE fencing tournaments in 1949, 1951, and 1952
He was co-captain his junior and senior year
Became the first NCE fencer to compete in the Amateur Fencing League of America Championship prior to 1954
