Rob Ukawuba's blog about his experience in Paris. Ukawuba is a freshman from East Brunswick, NJ.
Here is the eleventh blog from the trip:
After an incredible ten days, sadly our trip has come to an end. Today is our last day in Paris and our last day in Europe.
We started our day off with a team breakfast and then had some time to finish packing. After checking the room several times to make sure nothing was left behind, we were on the road to the airport.
Riding on the bus I soaked in the three great countries we had visited, the fun we had, and the competition we had faced. Every country we went to welcomed us with open arms, each with different things to offer.
We arrived at the airport and said our goodbyes to our amazing driver and our helpful tour guide. After about an hour of checking in and such, we hopped on the plane to head back home.
I miss Europe already, but at the same time, so excited to start the season with our team. We have so much potential to do great things this season. Although this trip just ended our journey is just beginning!
I want to say thank you to the whole NJIT coaching staff and community for making this trip possible. This tour has truly been a blessing and has brought us all much closer together.
Thanks for taking the time to read my blog and don't forget to follow our team on Instagram , Twitter, and Facebook so you don't miss a thing!
