MADISON, NJ—Freshman Tony Sorgi represented NJIT in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South men’s fencing regional competition hosted by Drew University on Saturday.
Sorgi placed 26th in the men’s foil field. Miles Chamley-Watson of Penn State was the gold medalist in the foil.
Saturday’s regional field included fencers from four of the teams ranked in the USFCA/NCAA national top 10.
