Women's Swimming Hosts Mount Saint Mary's, VMI and Manhattan

NEWARK, NJ - The NJIT women’s swimming team hosted its first home event of the season Friday afternoon against Mount Saint Mary’s, Virginia Military Institute and Manhattan at the Estelle and Zoom Fleisher Athletic Center.
NJIT sophomore Rachael Abadie finished first overall in the 100 freestyle with a time of 57.64.
Making their Highlander debut in the pool was: Liliette Graca and Michelle Velez.
The Highlander will return to action on Sunday when they face Lehigh at 12pm.
