New Jersey Institute of Technology junior guard Clayton Barker is among the national leaders in scoring and steals in NCAA Division II, according to men's basketball rankings compiled by the NCAA through games of February 5.
Barker, who has been among the national leaders in scoring all season, is 33rd in the latest rankings at 20.6 points per game. On the other end of the floor, he is 71st in steals per game (2.1).
Barker and his teammates are in their final season competing at the Division II level, as NJIT will face a schedule of NCAA Division I opponents starting next season.
